Strategic Housing Programme
This is our newest programme which has been developed in association with the Government's Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA)

Communities and Local Government (CLG)has funded the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA) to deliver a support programme which will improve local authorities and their partner's ability to effectively fulfil their Strategic Housing responsibilities. This programme has identified a series of seminars which have been developed by the British Urban Regeneration Association (BURA) and Angus Kennedy and John Downie from the Community Regeneration Partnership.
These seminars have been developed to enable senior officers in local authorities and their partners to gain a better understanding the strategic housing role. For attendees it is also an opportunity to discuss and gain knowledge about the challenges of housing supply in the context of growth and regeneration. Most importantly to identify housing's role and potential in place shaping.
