Research and Intelligence and how they Feed into Performance

Seminar Content

All decisions, strategies, policies plans and initiatives that are generated in the regeneration/ economic development field should be based on sound primary and or secondary data. Any evidence gathered should always be specific and relevant to the elements and stakeholders contained in those processes. In this seminar participants learn the methods and rationale for researching a baseline position, what indictors to use and how to use them. The seminar also looks at sustainability issues and gives benchmarks from which to measure success and satisfy funders and other stakeholders. There is a focus on indictors and sources at all levels of planning and the seminar will give participants a valuable insight into successful futures planning which they can feed into their own performance management.
