Paul Jeffery

Paul Jeffrey is Managing Director for the Housing Division of ECOTEC having previously headed the Planning and Economics Division. Paul has more than 20 years of consultancy and policy evaluation experience. This includes studies for ODPM/CLG, other UK government departments and the European Commission, as well as work at the regional and local level.

Paul has specialised in developing strategic approaches, evaluating programmes and providing support and advice on governance and organisational structures in the fields of housing, economic development, social policy and regeneration. He is a regular contributor to conferences and seminars including an event in Dublin (2007) organised by the European Housing Forum and in Madrid (2004) organised by the University of Navarre, with the support of the Spanish government.

Paul currently teaches on the BURA Regeneration Training Programme on the Research, Intelligence and how they Feed into Performance.
