Michael McMullen

Michael is a Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Environmentalist with over 13 years’ experience in the development and project management of sustainability studies and EIAs for major infrastructure projects. Project experience has ranged from road, rail, aviation, maritime and waste management schemes to master planning and audit and due diligence.

He is a trained ‘Best Value’ Auditor for the Audit Commission, has given evidence at a number of public inquires and lectured to various UK universities and is therefore experienced at presenting an informed and reasoned professional opinion.

He is responsible for developing and co-ordinating the internal business sustainability review of Beca Group’s global operations (a 2000 strong employee owned management and technical consultancy).

Michael currently teaches on the BURA Regeneration Training Programme on the Environmental Impact and Sustainable Development module with David Simpson.
