Jenny Lynn

Jennifer Lynn has over twenty years’ experience in a variety of leadership roles in economic development and regeneration. She lives in Halifax, where she led a successful regeneration partnership for seven years, helping to transform what is now one of the most vibrant mixed neighbourhoods in West Yorkshire.

She facilitated the involvement of four local community organisations in Yorkshire involved in the Joseph Rowntree Foundation’s four-year Neighbourhood Programme.
