
Chris Khamis, a Director of CSK Strategies, is known nationally for his work in partnership development and in developing regeneration programmes that deliver.
Since becoming a consultant in 1996, he has combined his direct implementation experience with advice to a wide range of City Challenge, SRB, NDC, Neighbourhood Management and Housing Market Renewal partnerships on governance, partnership working and delivery mechanisms; strategy; programme and project development, appraisal, management and evaluation; and succession strategies.
He has also advised Local Strategic Partnerships on Community and Neighbourhood Renewal Strategies and on Local Area Agreements. He has evaluated a large number of regeneration programmes and worked with partnerships, local authorities and health providers on equality and diversity issues.
Prior to becoming a consultant, he was Chief Executive of the City Challenge Partnership in Wolverhampton, a multifaceted but integrated 5 year programme tackling a range of issues relating to deprivation and disadvantage.
Chris currently teaches on the BURA Regeneration Training Programme on the Economic Development and Funding module and Research, Intelligence and how they Feed into Best Practice.
