The 2008 Awards Programme

Sponsored by Communities and Local Government for a third year running, the awards celebrate best practice in community inspired and led regeneration in urban and rural areas across the United Kingdom.

These leading independent recognition awards have recognised more than 100 projects since the early 1990s. The awards have celebrated a tremendous variety of projects ranging from a mothers' support group to building projects such as multi-use community centres and from a community art mural to projects addressing acute health inequality.

The 2007 Awards Winners ceremony was held at the House of Lords on 18 January 2008. Click here to download the brochure.
